Media tycoon Simon Cowell is planning to tie the knot with girlfriend Mezhgan Hussainy September this year. The recent reports suggested that the media mogul wants to keep his wedding a private affair and only family and close friends will be invited.
The ceremony is reportedly to take place near his mother's home in East Sussex and a grand reception will be hosted for his showbiz friends.
A source quoted, "With Simon's hectic schedule there are only so many weeks in the year they can get married.”
"They felt the spring was too early to get things organised and Simon would be spending most of his time in America. So they pencilled in the weekend of September 11/12," the source added.
Meanwhile, the couple will not have much time for the honeymoon as Simon Cowell will be busy with the live show of ‘X Factor’.
The source informed, "It will be just before the live shows of 'X Factor' start up again so he'll have to go back to work soon after.”
