Shiv Sena Threatens Shah Rukh Khan Over IPL Comment Shah Rukh Khan |
Shah Rukh Khan who is promoting ‘My Name Is Khan’ in US has flatly refused to apologise for his comments on the IPL saying Pakistani players should not have been left out in this manner. Shiv Sena fuming with rage over his unapologetic talks has dared Shah Rukh to come back to India and say the same thing.
'Saamna' editor and Party spokesperson Sanjay Raut said, “Shah Rukh Khan has said he will not apologise, but he has said that in the US. Let him come and say this in Mumbai.” Raut went to the extent of saying that they are ashamed that Khan was born in India, “We are ashamed that Shah Rukh was born in India.”
Sanjay Raut referred to the families of Martyrs and all other families affected by the 26/11 attack and said that Shah Rukh should see those people to realise his mistake.
Sena supremo Bal Thackeray and spokesperson Raut have also reminded Shah Rukh Khan that he lives in Mumbai, not Pakistan. They said, “Mannat is in Mumbai, not Pakistan.”
On the other hand Shah Rukh has stated in clear terms to Shiv Sena that, there is no question of an apology and if they have a problem with him they would have to sort it out. He said, “If there is an issue with me you have to sort it out with me and talk to me about my ideology."
