Shahid Kapoor will be seen in the role of an Air Force pilot in his dad Pankaj Kapoor’s directorial debut ‘Mausam’. The Bollywood heart-throb who is popular for his chocolate boy image will don a matured look this time.
Shahid has already played different roles from a college boy to a gangster and this time it is for his dad that the young star is ready for a serious role. According to sources the director wanted Shahid to play an army officer but later finalized for a pilot.
Reports claim that Shahid’s character has been inspired by that of Tom Cruise’s in Hollywood flick’Topgun’.Shahid who is currently working on ‘Chance Pe dance’ will undergo a special training for the role.
