For first time we will get to capture Shahid Kapoor in a lesser longevity act in ‘Paathsala’  after his huge highlight of ‘Chance Pe Dance’ which did damp business in the market.

 

Consequently after the initial failure of this year’s opening of ‘Chance Pe Dance’ it seems Shahid does not wants take too much risk and concentrate on ‘Mausam’ his father’s directorial debut.

 

Reportedly, it is heard that Shahid’s ‘Paathsala’ role is more than guest appearance cause he has pivotal part to play in it.

 

Reasonably defending his stand point and mentions that he is highlighted in the film till the last end with much breaks in between, Shahid commented, "Well, I am there for in the film for about 50 minutes. In a two hour film, I guess this is a reasonably presence for any actor, isn't it? Also, it isn't like I make an entry around the interval point or disappear after being on the scene in the first half. I am there throughout the film so that should help set the records straight.”

 

Moreover he has no complain regarding to ‘Paathsala’s promotional campaign, the actor sighted, “I don't see the promotion of the film giving any wrong ideas to audience about the subject in particular or my presence in it."

 

If within fifty minutes Shahid does complete justice to his role in ‘Paathsala’ then that would mean a lot to the film instead of remaining from begining to the end.
