Bollywood chocolate boy, Shahid Kapoor is on cloud nine after the huge success of his last release ‘Kaminey’. According to sources, the actor has become pricey and is charging fifteen crores for a film.
The sources revealed that the actor has demanded fifteen crore from none other the showman of Bollywood, Subhash Ghai for his forthcoming venture.
Subhash Ghai was searching for a fresh face for his forthcoming venture but later decided to approach Shahid Kapoor. But, the actor asked Subhash Ghai fifteen crore rupees, which left the director with no option but to search for a new face.
A decade ago the actor was nobody but just a dance extra in Subhash Ghai’s ‘Taal’ and now the actor has become a huge star with hits like ‘Jab We Met’ and ‘Kaminey’ and is quoting big figures, something that even Khans have not done so far. Well, it seems that Shahid Kapoor is following the footsteps of Bollywood action hero, Akshay Kumar.
