Recently, Hollywood’s attractive couple Scarlett Johannson and Ryan Reynolds announced the end of their two years of marriage and now it has been revealed that Gossip Girl star Blake Lively is reportedly responsible for the split.
It is believed that hunky Reynolds had a fling with Blake Lively while filming for their upcoming flick Green Lantern.
Meanwhile, devastated with the break up Johansson decided to get away from all the mess happening in her life and is currently holidaying with her friends in Jamaica. The sources close to the actress revealed that the trouble in the pair’s marriage had been brewing from quite a long time and the announcement has not come as a surprise.
The source further informed that the 25-year-old also consulted therapist in a bid to save her marriage two months ago. However, the therapy did not work and finally they decided to call it quits.
In September 2008, Johansson and Reynolds were married at a quiet ceremony near Tofino, British Columbia after dating for a while. They purchased a $2.8 million home together near Los Angeles, California.
