Sanjay Dutt is not much known among his fans as a musical person. It is quite surprising to know that this rugged looking man has an immense passion for music.
Bunty Walia’s, Lamhaa title song creation is the combined effort of music director Mithoon and Sanju. Surprisingly, movie director Bunty Walia didn’t want any songs in the movie, but Sanju suggested him a good musical score.
Sources say, “Sanju has always had an ear for music. Till the time he was associated with White Feather, he would take a personal interest in and organize the music with music directors. That's why films like Kaante, Musafir, Plan and Zinda have such good scores. He has a collection of around 8000 LPs and around 22000 audio CDs from around the world."
Sanju is so passionate about music, that after coming from the studio, he again sits and plays his creations on his instrumental.
The biggest thing about Sanjay Dutt’s passion for music is that he owns the most expensive speakers in the world – Genelec.
Sources adds “Sanju is very possessive about his music systems and speakers and doesn't let even his wife Maanayata touch his speakers. His iPod speakers are specially designed and signed by Ferrari for him and Maanayata. It's a limited edition and cost around Rs 21 lakh to create."
