Salman Has a Special Connection With Police Salman Khan |
Salman has quite a connection with the police as his grandfather was the DIG, his role in his upcoming movie ‘Dabangg’ is of a police officer. In fact, in the past he has also been jailed for some months and played three other roles in movies as police officer.
Salman adds, “I think because my grandfather was deputy inspector general (DIG) of police, Indore, I have this special thing for the cops. I have also shared a very long relationship...!"
He has encountered police twice in his real life, back in the year 2002; he allegedly ran his car over four people sleeping on a footpath and shot a deer in Jodhpur.
He has also played the role of police officer in ‘Garv’, ‘Auzaar’ and ‘Wanted’. Even in his upcoming movie ‘Dabangg’, he plays the role of a police officer, although a corrupt one this time.
Salman would be seen for the first time in a moustache and he reveals the story about it, “Five-six months before the film, Arbaaz used to come with different kinds of moustaches every week. I said I`m shooting for a film, can I grow a moustache...Somewhere Sonakshi also had this thing for her dad`s moustache. If you see my moustache, it`s somewhat like his only.”
He also says that ‘Dabangg’ is also especially dedicated to those people, who can’t dance. Even the dance numbers in the movie typically reflects the steps by people who just dance to enjoy themselves either by getting drunk or by dancing in marriages.
