Riteish Deshmukh No More Into Comic Sex Appeal Riteish Deshmukh |
After his powerful performance as a TV reporter in ‘Rann’ the actor Riteish Deshmukh has no time for sex comedies anymore and currently is into a character which is of sober type in ‘Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai’ directed by Milap Zaveri.
Won't be featuring in sex comedies, Riteish Deshmukh states, "I won't do any more sex comedies. It started with 'Masti' (2004). Now six years down the line the 'Masti' writer, Milap Zaveri, who's a dear friend, has turned director with 'Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai' and there's absolutely no sex or double-meaning dialogues in it.”
It will be for the first time we will be seeing Riteish in a romantic character which he had not earlier experimented, the actor states, " 'Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai' is my first romantic film since my debut film 'Tujhe Meri Kasam' in 2003. Milap is the most romantic person I know. So it's only fair that he makes a romantic film with me. Both Milap and I go back a long way. We've come a long way. We've left our raunchy days behind."
Milap is a long time collaborator of him who use to help him with script lines for speech during the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards function where Ritesh hosted with Boman Irani.
Now far away from comic they are more settled down for scripting mellow expression in 'Jaane To Kahan Se Aayi Hai', the actor informed, "I think Milap's sense of humour and quips suit me. We may have gone over-the-top in 'Masti', but now we've both settled down to a mellow expression in 'Jaane To Kahan Se Aayi Hai'.”
After ‘Housefull’ act we will have a fresh somber romantic look of Ritesh in 'Jaane To Kahan Se Aayi Hai'.
