Speculations started to come into picture ever since Mr. Perfectionist, Aamir Khan announced his next movie, he had zeroed on his ‘3-Idiots’ counterpart, Kareena Kapoor, but now he has chosen his all time favorite actress, Rani too.

 

Aamir would be working on Reema Kagti’s script for his next movie, it is not the sequel of his super-hit movie, ‘Ghulam’, but based on its lines and Aamir would play the role of a cop after almost 10 years.

 

Producer Farhan Akthar, Aamir and director Reema were in pursuit of the actress, as Aamir is very particular about the female lead, he is working with. Initially Aamir zeroed on Kareena, but the script required another actress in the movie, so he chose Rani for that, as per close sources.

 

Rani and Aamir have given super-hit films, ‘Ghulam’ and ‘Mangal Pandey’ and their chemistry and friendship is well known. In the movie, Aamir will play the role of a CBI cop, who tries to break the gang of drug suppliers in the nation and even outside it.
