Hollywood beauty, Penelope Cruz who is one of the popular stars of the world is selling her million worth mansion. Cruz, 36 has quoted $3.7 million - $500,000 selling price which is much above the cost she bought in.
The ‘Woman on Top’ beauty bought the mansion in 2005 but has hardly lived in it.
The Hollywood mansion of the actress include a small courtyard with a fountain, swimming pool, large lounge area furnished with a dining table, loungers, white chairs and a canopy bed and another courtyard leading to the glass doors.
The 3,334 sq ft property has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a dressing area, with the fully-equipped kitchen.
Penelope who is currently in Paris filming an advertisement for the new Lancome fragrance Tresor also owns property in Los Angeles and her native town Spain.
