Actor Omi Vaidya who is best known for his performance as Chatur Ramalingam in the film, 3 Idiots has revealed that he loved his role in the upcoming flick Dil To Baccha Hai Ji.
Omi is portraying the role of Milind Kelkar in the movie and the actor says that he is more proud of this role than the one in 3 Idiots.
"I was very worried about if I could really do this role because I was born in Los Angeles and this character (Milind) was born in Pune and he had to be very realistic. I worked very very hard to get the accent correct and it came out very well."
"I think I am more proud of this film than I am actually of `3 Idiots` because I had to do something very different than what I am," the 28-year-old added.
Omi also admitted that he is quite choosy about the roles and is taking things slowly. "After looking at many films (scripts) I picked up `Dil To Baccha Hai Ji` because I know this was something special and something different," he said.
Talking about the expectations from the movie, he said, "I think this movie would also do very well and everyone is going to enjoy me in the role of Milind Kelkar as they loved Chatur.”
