Neil Nitin Turns Meaner! Neil Nitin Mukesh |
It seems that Neil Nitin Mukesh is in a ‘Lafanga’ mood presently after his last movie ‘Lafangey Parindey’ with Deepika Padukone. He has now opted for a role in the English movie remake ‘The Italian Job’ and here he promises to be 100 times meaner than Edward Norton, who acted in the actual movie.
‘The Italian Job’ was about a gang of robbers, who create the largest traffic jam in Los Angeles history for a theft of gold bullion. Neil will be seen in the protagonist role in the Hindi version and it is heard that his character will have even greater depth than that of Norton.
Neil adds further, “The Indian character would have a far greater depth. The Hindi remake will retain the fun and thrills but we saw only one side of Norton in the original. However, my character is 100 times meaner than him.”
The movie is going to be directed by the Abbas-Mastan duo and presently they are finalizing upon the location details of the movie. It is also reported that Neil will have to grow long hair and beard for his role.
The actor adds, “I can't say much about my look since it is still under the process of being finalized. But yes, to give my character a mean look, I would most likely be seen in a beard and long hair. It will stand out for sure.”
The shooting of the movie is scheduled for the month of November and Neil is also waiting for his cameo role in the upcoming Priyanka Chopra starrer movie ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’.
