If reports are to be believed, Hollywood actress Milla Jovovich tied knots with acclaimed film maker Paul W.S. Anderson in an event that happened at the backyard of their residence. The sources say that the wedding took place on Saturday, 22 Aug 09.
Jovovich and the acclaimed film maker had met for the first time on the sets of the horror movie, titled “Resident Evil” that was released in 2002. The sources report that the wedding was a private affair that happened at the Beverly Hills residence of the couple. The low-key ceremony was witnessed by just 50 people. The guests included the "Grey's Anatomy" star Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian.
Milla Jovovich was dressed in a 1960s style gown which had been she designed by herself, whereas Ever Gabo, her 20-month-old daughter with Anderson, had donned the role of flower girl.
After the ceremony, the new husband and wife entertained the guests with a reception during which they got a chance to hear some Cuban musicians playing traditional drums.
