‘Milenge Milenge’ Causes Mental Harassment  |
Prasad Doke has become the victim to hundreds of fans, who are giving him countless calls just to speak with Kareena Kapoor. ‘Milenge Milenge’ filmmakers have used his personal contact number in the movie without inquiring.
He is a computer engineer in Thane and has received almost 150 calls in just four days. When Prasad clarifies about the number to the callers, then they abuse him with foul language for not putting through to the actress.
He adds, “The filmmakers haven’t bothered to give an explanation for using my number or even apologize for causing so much trouble. The calls haven’t stopped and everyone in my family is frustrated. I have stopped taking calls unless it is from a number I recognize and this is affecting his business of repairing and assembling computers.”
Prasad is planning to file a case of mental harassment against the filmmakers and he adds, “The only option is to sue the producer for mental harassment. They will have to reply in court why the number was not checked before using in the film. This is violation of privacy. I have contacted my lawyer and will soon take a decision.”
The case is already registered in the Police station. Senior Police Inspector S.G. Jawle says, “We have registered an NC and can’t do anything else in the matter. Let him go to court and if the court directs us to take action we will do so.”
