Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva claims to have photograph showing injuries to their baby caused by the actor during his violent rage.
Grigorieva is said to have a photo of their eight-month-old daughter Lucia with a bruised chin. She was hurt in a Jan 6 attack by Gibson, when he knocked out Grigorieva's teeth as she held their child and the Russian singer plans to show it in the court.
It follows the release of a series of tapes alleged to be Gibson, 54, issuing racist threats to Grigorieva.
The hearing will establish if the covert tapes can be used as evidence.
However, Gibson's estranged wife Robyn has come out in defence of the ‘Braveheart’ star and has written a declaration insisting he never physically abused her or their children during their 29-year marriage. She called him a ‘wonderful and loving father’.
