According to reports the film ‘Mother: The Indira Gandhi Story,’ will star Madhuri Dixit.The actress is all set to play the role of late Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the new movie to be directed by Krishna Shah.
The movie is also supposed to be released in two editions. The first part will be released at the end of 2011 while the next edition will hit the screens after about seven or eight months. Shah revealed that it would be multilingual film saying "It will be in Hinglish.”
He added, "It`s such an exciting, dramatic story. The canvas of her life is too big to be contained in one film."
The shooting will commence in April in India next year. It will be also shot partly in the US, UK and Russia. Shah who has apparently been involved in the scripting the film for 23 years about the budget said, "It`s bigger than `Paranormal Activity` and less than `Avatar’."
