Like any other director, versatile filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar also dreams of working with dancing diva Madhuri Dixit. The filmmaker revealed that he wanted to cast the actress in his blockbuster Fashion as she sinks into her character too well.
However, Bhandarkar’s wish remained unfulfilled as at the time Madhuri was busy taking care of her family in US.
The filmmaker said on the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa where Madhuri is one of the judges that someday he will definitely work with her.
"If Madhuriji had not gone to the US, then I would have cast her in `Fashion`. I know that she would have done justice to it," Bhandarkar said.
"The beauty about her is that she just slips into her character so well that you forget that she is Madhuri Dixit. I hope to work with her someday," added the director.
