The pain from the back injury forced British singer Lily Allen to burst into tears while she was performing at a concert in Finland.
She had fell and got hurt during the weekend. In spite of this, she went ahead with her performance. Despite given an injection before the concert, she suffered from severe back ache while performing.
"I feel a bit emotional tonight and if I cry it's not because of you but because of me," Allen told the audience.
