Pop diva Kylie Minogue has been announced as the most powerful celebrity in Britain. A study was conducted by Millward Brown, a U.K. market research firm which quizzed 2000 consumers about 100 celebrities and 100 brands.
According to the study Kylie Minogue has defeated singer Cheryl Cole and football star David Beckham in the survey.
Celebrities who are rated as the most unpopular role models were : singer Amy Winehouse, TV personality Katie Price, golf star Tiger Woods, soccer ace John Terry and TV presenter Jonathan Ross.
The 10 most powerful celebrities who made it to top ten were: Kylie Minogue, Cheryl Cole, David Beckham, TV presenters Ant and Dec, actress Joanna Lumley, radio and TV presenter Terry Wogan, celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, George Clooney, actor Sean Connery and actress Helen Mirren.
