Kunal Kapoor Will Choose Roles Openly Kunal Kapoor

He adds “Can you believe it, I haven't had a release since two years? [jokes] I am following [his good friend] Hrithik's footsteps." He gets serious instantaneously, "But it's going to change now. I am not going to be overtly choosy now. I am meeting film-makers, listening to film scripts and if all goes well, you will hear a couple of film announcements shortly."

But, now he thinks that it is the time to jump out of the box and overtly choose roles for him. It is true that he can be a smashing hit in the industry, just needs a big break.

Kunal will soon be seen in movie ‘Lamhaa’, where he shares a good screen space with Sanjay Dutt, Anupam Kher and Bipasha Basu.

He is looking forward to the success of the film and says “It has shaped up exceedingly well. Besides a gripping story, it’s the first film to be filmed in Kashmir in recent times. LAMHAA has straight-out-of-life characters and it had to be shot in the state. Shooting in Kashmir was an enriching experience and gives the film a stunning look.”
