The noted actress Konkona Sen Sharma who is quite selective about her roles feels that her upcoming film is comic but no way romantic in any angle.

 

Recently after the music launch of her film 'Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?' Konkona revealed that though she plays the wife of Ajay Devgan but no way the film is portrayed in a romantic angle. It's about the comedy that happens in the film, the actress states, “Though Ajay and I play the role of a married couple in the film, there is no romantic angle; it's about the comedy that happens while trying to get relief from a person who comes as a guest and shows no signs of leaving.”

 

Basically it is a simple story that is comically built after the entrance of King of comedy Paresh Rawal (a distant relation Chachaji) into the life of the happy couple Puneet (Ajay Devgn) and Munmun (Konkona Sen Sharma).

 

This happily married couple who lives in Mumbai feels there life is perturbed by the interference of Chachaji (Paresh) into their life, who is quite of remote type, brought up in village and unknown to the posh manners of city life.

 

This talented actress Konkona seems to have come up brightly with her character and Ajay was in all praise for the Bengali beauty and mentioned that it was a worth working with such a superb actor.

 

When you act with a very good actor, it becomes a fantastic experience, Ajay adds, "It was a great experience working with Konkona. People think that when we work, we compete with each other but if the other person works well, then only can you work better because filmmaking is teamwork.”

 

May be the comic is the essence which defies romance in Konkona’s comic flick 'Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?'.
