Kiran Rao, Bollywood’s superstar Aamir’s wife will be venturing into the glam sham world with her directorial venture, ‘Dhobhi Ghat’. She tells something about the story of the movie and says it encompasses her personal life experiences.

 

Kiran reveals, “It is a film about four people and the city of Mumbai - four ordinary yet special people, whose lives intersect and become forever altered as they journey through longing, loneliness, loss and love.”

 

Aamir plays the lead role in it and he plays the role of a painter in the movie, it is fully based on the living experiences in crazy city, Mumbai.

 

Kiran adds further, “The people I have met and the life I've lived in this crazy city!"

 

Kiran came to the Mumbai city 12 years ago, she moved houses seven times, found her love in Aamir and saw her dreams coming true.

 

She ends saying, "I guess it's the magic of Mumbai, my muse, my home and the reason I made this film called Dhobi Ghat.”

 

The movie will release in the month of January, it is also set to give a tough competition to other movies which will release around the same date.
