Debutante moviemaker Kiran Rao is happy to have hubby Aamir Khan next to her as the day of her movie Dhobi Ghat’s release is approaching.

 

Kiran said that during the making of her first movie she not only needed a good producer and good actors but also a person to depend upon whenever needed and Aamir Khan was just the support that she needed.

 

Kiran said, "Aamir and I stayed together on set and made it our home. I woke him up and made sure he was ready for work on time and he saw to it that I stopped working at some point and got some sleep. I argued with him and he fought with me. I often took his advice and he always trusted me. Today, two and half years after I started my journey, I have a film that's ready. I am extremely nervous. But I know he's standing right by me."
