Hollywood diva Kim Cattrall has confessed that she is scared of going under the knife. The ‘Sex And The City’ actress has vowed that she will never undergo cosmetic surgery because according to her after the surgery her face will not be recognisable.
Kim Cattrall, who has so far denied taking medical treatment to alter her looks, confirmed that in future also she will not take the treatment. The actress is cautious that cosmetic surgery will change her image drastically.
The 53-year old beauty quoted, "I don't think 'not for me', I just don't know yet. I think in some cases men and women are dipping deep! But I don't think I'm ready for it.”
"I think the greatest fear is that you look in the mirror and you don't see you. I like to look in the mirror and think I look good. I try and take care of myself, but I don't ever want to get to the point where I don't see myself, that would be really scary," she added.
