Katy Perry, Russell Brand Turns Down Wedding Photo Deal Katy Perry, Russell Brand |
Newlyweds Katy Perry and Russell Brand are keen to keep their world private and therefore turned down many offers to sell their wedding pictures. The pair received various offers from top shelf magazines to share their exclusive pictures of the ceremony but they refused to do so.
Naughty angel Perry and Brand exchanged vows in India last month and deployed tight security to keep media away from the venue.
Brand, 35, revealed that they received lucrative deal from many magazines but eventually they turned down the offer as they believe the wedding was the most intimate moment of their life and doesnot want to share it with the world.
"They offered us money to sell the photos, but once you`ve sold the photos to the wedding, how can you go, `Oh, give us privacy!` We kept them private and normal," he said.
Perry and Brand married on October 23, 2010 near the Ranthambhore tiger sanctuary in Rajasthan, India, the same location where Brand had proposed. They were married in a traditional Hindu ceremony.
