Singer Peter Andre will file a lawsuit against estranged wife Katie Price for hinting in a TV interview that he has cheated on her during their marriage.
The "Behind Closed Doors" singer has threatened Katie Price with legal action after she hinted that he had been unfaithful.
"I can hold my head up high and say I've been 100 percent faithful throughout my marriage and still am. And any reports suggesting otherwise are totally hurtful and false," said Peter Andre.
Peter Andre's spokesperson confirmed that the singer who raises three children with Katie Price is seeking legal advice.
"The only thing I can say is that Peter is taking legal action," said the spokesperson.
