British model-turned-actress Jodie Kidd is devastated after ending her romance with boyfriend Thomas George.
The 31 year old met the banker in Switzerland in January last year (08) but the couple recently decided to go their separate ways - just a few months after George moved from Holland to London to be closer to Kidd.
Kidd admits she has been left heartbroken by the split - but she is keeping optimistic about the New Year (10) as she celebrates Christmas with her pregnant sister Jemma.
She says, "It's really sad but we have split up. It's all very recent and a bit raw, but fortunately things between us are amicable and we have managed to stay friends."
"I know 2010 is going to be a great year. I am really looking forward to Christmas and will be spending it at home with my sister Jemma. She is about to have twins, so we are all hoping for two Christmas babies."
