Singer Jessica Simpson after breaking up with American footballer Tony Romo is now rumored to have been dating former soccer player Eric Johnson.

 According to Hollywood sources, Simpson is hanging around with Johnson since May. The 29-year-old has been single since ending her relationship with Romo last summer.

 Johnson filed for divorce from his wife in February. Simpson has earlier been linked with stars like John Mayer, Dane Cook and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.  

 In October, 2002 Simpson married Nick Lachey. In November 2005, after months of tabloid speculation, Simpson and Lachey announced they were separating. Simpson filed for divorce on December 16, 2005, citing "irreconcilable differences. The couple's divorce was publicized worldwide and was reportedly finalized on June 30, 2006.
