HTC's Android based Tattoo phone has arrived in Indian market. This had been expected after its arrival in Vodafone network last month.
According to the sources, the latest Android phone may be the cheapest phone made by HTC. It is also thought to be the scaled down version of the earlier HTC Magic.
The HTC Tattoo sports a 2.8-inch screen with 240x320 QVGA resolutions. The other features include 3.5mm audio jack, social applications including an inbuilt Twitter client. This Quad Band GSM phone runs with a Qualcomm MSM7225 processor with 256MB frequency and has 256 RAM internal memory. However, the device lacks 3G support, which may be an eye raiser for the user.
This Android device also comes with HTC’s Sense UI and many more applications including Google Search, Google Mail and Android market. The Android Market helps the users to download various applications.
For the camera enthusiasts, the set has also a decent 3.2 megapixel camera with expandable microSD memory card.
The new HTC phone is priced at Rs.16,990 in India.
