Actor Hrithik Roshan fell ill due to an allergic reaction developed because of consumption of an antibiotic. The actor was immediately admitted to the hospital and presently he is under observation.

 

As soon as the actor developed the allergy, he was taken to the Kokilaben Hospital, Mumbai on Sunday afternoon.

 

Hrithik’s spokesperson adds further, “Hrithik was hospitalized for an allergic reaction to an antibiotic that he had. He is under observation and was to be discharged tonight. He is much better now and recuperating.”

 

The actor took the medicine, while he was busy in Guzaarish’s promotional work; the actor reportedly took an antibiotic but suddenly got a choking reaction in the body.

 

Hrithik adds further, "Doctors confirmed that I experienced allergic reaction to an antibiotic. My lungs just closed. Throat went into spasm, could not breathe.”

 

The actor was celebrating the success of Guzaarish and he adds further about the allergy, “Lips became 10 times their size. I was rushed to the hospital on time. I am under observation and will be discharged late night. But all good. It's always good.

"Was celebrating Guzaarish at home, now celebrating from here (hospital). No difference.”

 

 

The actor has been discharged from the hospital, but is still under observation.
