Brazilian-born model and Bollywood actress, Giselle Monteiro, who essayed the role of ‘Harleen Kaur’ in blockbuster hit flick, ‘Love Aaj Kal’ has confessed that her favourite actress from Bollywood is none other than the sizzling Sharmila Tagore.
The actress admitted that the filmmaker Imitaz Ali, who is the director of ‘Love Aaj Kal’ used to show her Sharmila Tagore flicks.
Giselle Monteiro said, “Imtiaz showed me her films. Because she had the kind of personality Imtiaz wanted me to project. I learnt a lot from her. She is so beautiful”.
The Brazilian beauty wanted to meet the veteran actress but Giselle was not so lucky. “But I didn`t get a chance. If I did I`d tell her how amazing I find her. I love her in her movies. She`s wow”, the actress complained.
The ‘Punjabi Kudi’ of ‘Love Aaj kal’ desires to visit Goa sometime, the reason cited by the actress was, “Because there`re lots of Monteiros in Goa”.
