Fans will be fans, they can just present their stars with priceless and heartfelt gifts. A die-hard fan and participant has gifted Akshay Kumar his family religious sword or kirpan on the sets of Master Chef.

 

Supreet Narula from Lucknow came for the auditions of Master Chef on Star Plus, which goes on air on Saturday, 16 October.  Supreet got a religious sword of his great grandfather to gift the actor and he says that he was really touched by Akshay’s down-to-earth nature when he presented him with it.

 

 

He adds further, “When I had told my grandfather that I am going to gift my idol the family kirpan, he instantly agreed and Akshay was very touched by the gesture.”

"He has promised me that he will hang the kirpan on his office wall and always treat it with respect. I had waited for years to meet Akshay and my biggest desire came true at MasterChef India.”

 

Excited to gift his favorite actor a priceless possession, he adds further, “Meeting Akshay was like a dream come true. He was extremely down to earth and very welcoming.”
