‘Delhi-6` & `Dev-D` In Venice Film Festival Abhishek Bachchan |
Anurag Kashyap`s `Dev D` and Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra`s `Delhi 6` are among the four Indian movies that will be screened at the 66th Venice Film Festival.
The films are not in ‘Competition Category` of the festival, the oldest in the world, but will be screened in the `Midnight Movies` and `Horizons` section of the ten day extravaganza that begins on September 12.
Anurag Kashyap’s `Gulaal` is also in the Midnight category along with Mehra`s `Delhi-6` adn kashyap’s Dev D. `The Man`s Woman and Other Stories` by Amit Dutta will be part of `Horizons` section.
"I am very happy, I am on the jury and two of my films are being showcased. So this is like triple whammy for me. I am really happy and proud," Kashyap told reporters.
