China Unicom likely to bring Apple’s iPad tablet computer in September, reports said on Friday.
However, the company has not revealed details about the launch of iPad. Unicom was quoted as saying that it would bring the device as soon as possible. Yet, the launch of iPhone 4 is expected to get delayed due to certain issues.
With over 420 million of people, China has huge online population. Apple’s iPad is thus expected to taste success in Chinese market also as it did in other countries.
Apple’s iPad is a tablet computer that offers platform for audio, visual media, periodicals, music and games among other applications. The iPad runs on the iOS 3.2.2 operating system.
The iPad tablet computer was a successful product from Apple. The device was launched in April 2010 and in less than three months the company sold over 3 million iPads. The tablet computer from Apple was first of its kind to be launched. Following this many major technology firms came up with similar kind of products.
