British singing icon Cheryl who divorced her cheater husband, Ashley Cole after discovering his series of flings with other women has confessed that she feels cheated and betrayed in her four years of marriage with the soccer star.
The singer admitted, "Yes, definitely I do, but I`ve got to take everything that`s happened and learn from it. I accept that that`s a chapter of my life that`s finished.”
She added, "And I`ve just got to be grateful that I`ve got so many good things going on. I have. And there`s no children, you know? Some people`s lives fall apart. Of course, it`s heartbreaking, but it`s not anything remotely like it could have been and I`m very, very thankful for that.”
The divorce between Cheryl and Ashley was finalised on Friday at London`s High Court, citing his ‘unreasonable behaviour’. The 27-year old beauty is said to be dating choreographer Derek Hough.
Meanwhile, Cheryl also admitted that she is eager to start a family and wants to have children in the future.
