Cheryl Cole who is suffering from malaria is showing no signs of improvement. She is presently admitted to a London hospital after being bitten by a mosquito while holidaying in Tanzania. It has emerged that the condition of British singer is a lot worse than originally presumed.
Cole, 27 is battling with malaria like a fighter, said a close friend of the singer.
A source quoted, “Cheryl is in a real battle but she is nothing but a fighter."
According to the officials of Cromwell Hospital, London it could take her months to overcome the illness.
"She really is very poorly indeed and doctors weren't taking any chances. Intensive care was their best option,” a source said.
Doctors hoping that she'll make a full recovery soon but the bosses of ‘X-Factor’ are worried that now they have to make it to Manchester auditions without her.
"The Manchester auditions will go ahead as scheduled. But Cheryl is unfortunately not able to attend. Simon and Louis will be joined by Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger," a show spokesman informed.
