Cheryl Cole In Hospital, Diagnosed Malaria Cheryl Cole |
British sweetheart Cheryl Cole is not keeping well these days. After collapsing during a photoshoot now the beauty is down with malaria and is in hospital.
It is said that Cheryl, 27 has been diagnosed with malaria following a holiday in Tanzania with supposedly boyfriend Derek Hough.
Initially, the singer was diagnosed with exhaustion after she collapsed during a photoshoot in north London on Saturday. But, next day she was rushed to hospital as she started ‘sweating and shivering’ at her home in Hurtmore, Surrey.
"Cheryl hadn't been feeling herself for about a week. She was feeling tired and listless. In the end, this must have been the beginnings of the virus. During Sunday afternoon, Cheryl went downhill quickly. She was sweating and shivering in a bad way," a close friend said.
"She had been taking malaria tablets regularly while on holiday and continued to take them even after she returned, but she still tested positive for it," said a source.
Meanwhile, Cheryl’s spokesperson has also confirmed the news that she is suffering from infectious disease. “Cheryl Cole is currently in hospital, being treated for malaria.”
Concerned Hough, 25 is taking care of ‘Fight for This Love’ hitmaker.
"He's mortified by what happened and is utterly devastated at what she's going through. It's such a shame as she had such a lovely holiday with Derek and has such lovely memories of it," the source added.
