Cheryl Cole is celebrating a double success - the singer's debut album has joined her record-breaking solo single at the top of the U.K. charts.
The Girls Aloud star shot to the number one spot last weekend (24Oct09), when her song Fight For This Love became Britain's fastest selling track of 2009 so far.
And the success keeps coming for Cole - 3 Words, her debut solo album, is the week's best selling release.
It beat out competition from crooner Michael Buble, who is at number two with Crazy Love. Third on the countdown is Michael Jackson's This Is It compilation, while U.K. group Soldiers are at number four.
Rounding out the top five is Cole's protegee Alexandra Burke, whose album Overcome falls to the fifth slot.
While Cole still reigns the singles chart, Westlife miss out to take the number two spot with comeback track What About Now.
Brit R'nB sensation Jay Sean enters at number three with Down, and Alexandra Burke remains near to the top with her single, Bad Boys, sitting in the fourth spot. Michael Buble is at number five with Haven't Met You Yet at number five.
