Versatile filmmaker Woody Allen is an admirer of Carla Bruni’s beauty and it was like a wish come true for the director to work with her. But, from quite a long time the news was doing the rounds in Hollywood that he has decided to chop the scene featuring the French first lady from his latest venture, ‘Midnight in Paris’ as he was not happy with her work.
However, Allen is not convinced with the reports and dismissed it by saying that it was a pleasure working with the pretty lady.
The former model and singer had filmed few scenes with Hollywood hunk Owen Wilson near the Pantheon in July.
"This is a hundred percent untrue. She`s in the picture. Everything she shot is in the picture. I love her. She`s great. It`s not a big part, but it`s a respectable part. Everything was totally made up," he said.
In addition to it, the 74-year old Allen also cleared up the rumours that Bruni was difficult to work with.
"She was no problem at all. I was delighted with her," he said.
