Canadian singer-songwriter Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley have finally separated officially. Avril and her hubby,the lead vocalist of rock band Sum 41 finalised their divorce on Nov 16 in a L.A. County Superior Court.
A prenuptial agreement denied spousal support for both Avril and Deryck, as reported.The couple agreed to part with the assets with Avril’s belongings including her musical instruments - guitar ,drum collection and others, Beverly Hills house, plaques, certificates, mementos and jewellery, clothing, awards and her Volvo.
Things that Deryck got back include his clothing, awards, certificates, artwork, mementos, song catalogues,his guitar collection and other possessions.
