Bollywood star Aamir Khan, who is famous for his experimental nature, will now be seen in an animated avatar for promoting the soft drink, Coca Cola.
The ad is a joined concept of adman-turned-lyricist Prasoon Joshi and Ashish Chakravarty. The ad, which has filmed for 'Coca-Cola Open Happiness' communication initiative, has been captured on the lens by Abhijit Choudhary.
"It is a very interesting concept as for the first time my features have been replicated as an animated character through special effects. I think the robotic animated look has really come out well in the film and I hope that my fans will like me in this new animated avatar," said Aamir, Coca-Cola brand ambassador, during a media statement on Thursday.
The ad has two girls in search of Aamir, a friend of theirs who is so crazy about video games that he becomes an element of that virtual world. But as the girls open Coca Cola, Aamir loses his concentration from the game and desires to be back in his real life. Aamir's rival from the game, another animated character, also stepping into the real world to taste the drink.
