As American Idol’s Thursday episode kicked off ,it brought lots of unexpected surprises, eliminations, and disappointments. With the start of the show, host Ryan Seacrest hinted the viewers that this episode is going to be a roller coaster ride for many and he was certainly correct.
Ryan Seacrest said, "We could be in for a surprise or two."
Talking about the results, the contestants who went home this week are Lilly Scott, Alex Lambert, Katelyn Epperly and Todrick Hall. After the results were announced the judges seemed disappointed. Talking about Lily Scott, she was considered as the strongest contestant and her elimination was the biggest shock of the evening.
Lily Scott said after she was eliminated, "I thought that I was appealing to a lot of people. It's surprising; a lot of incredible talent is going home tonight. I don't know what America wants to hear, I don't. I just know that there's an audience out there for me."
The contestants those who have made it to Top 12 are; Didi Benami, Crystal Bowersox, Lacey Brown, Lee Dewyze, Andrew Garcia, Casey James, Aaron Kelly, Michael Lynche, Siobhan Magnus, Paige Miles, Katie Stevens and Tim Urban.
