Akshay Kumar Made David Dhawan Apologise Over TMK Comment? Akshay Kumar |
Director David Dhawan is famous for his sense of humour but, jokes are always not good because, when David Dhawan commented on Farah Khan's Tees Maar Khan (TMK), Akshay Kumar reportedly made him apologise.
This incident happened at a party celebrating Anil Kapoor's birthday. A source said, "David Dhawan entered the party with his two thumbs down saying Tees Maar Khan pit gayee (TMK is a flop)” and incidentally, the movie was also slated to get released just the following day.
However, when Akshay came to know about this, he didn’t like it for obvious reasons and talked to David who is said to have apologised. But, David says that this thing never happened. Akshay is also playing the lead role in David's son Rohit's film Desi Boys.
David said, "Why would I do that? Akshay is the hero of my son Rohit's film. Why would I demean him? I am very close to him and would never run down his film. I am a father and involved with my son's career."
