AKAI WOW, a new touch-screen phone with dual SIM capability was launched for the Indian market.
The phone has a 3D display that comes with a 3.5 inches wide touch-screen. The phone has a display resolution of 400 x 240 pixels.
The phone sports a 3D surround sound system, up to 8 GB expand memory, 3.2-megapixel camera with digital zoom, USB 2.0. And the connectivity features of AKAI WOW include Bluetooth 2.0, GPRS, EDGE, and WAP. Besides, a 4GB memory card comes bundled with the phone.
The other standard features like MP3 music player, FM radio and 3.5 mm standard audio jack comes attached with the phone. The phone can offer standby time of 10 days and talk time of up to 4 hours.
Japanese firm AKAI had recently launched AKAI Trio, a triple SIM mobile phone in India. Akai WOW comes priced at Rs. 7,995 in the Indian market. The phone will be available in all the mobile phone retail outlets in the country.
