Abhishek Bachchan had to leave Bhopal without Aishwarya owing to her poor health to attend an important family function in Bhopal. Ash as a dedicated housewife went after him to mark the 80th birthday celebration of Abhishek's maternal grandmother.
It reflects how Ash counts her relationship more than her health. For Ash it was difficult to attend for her shoot properly. She side away all her health issues to mark the family function.
Reportedly, it is heard that the couple earlier had made their commitment to Abhishek's 'nani' (maternal grandmother) and so Ash despite her health problems was determined to keep her promise.
However, her health is in the process of recovery but need some more time to get back to her fit position. According to hubby Abhishek he stated that his wife Ash is his nani's favourite and so she was determined to come down, he twitted, "Aishwarya is much much better, but still not 100 percent (fine). But she's my nani's favourite so she made the trip too. Should be back to fighting fit... in a day or two.”
The emotional Abhishek stated the moment was priceless’ for his grandmother who after such a long gap was able to get to see all her grand children together at her own place.
In an old Indian habitat everyone had the pleasure to partake in the family get together, Abhishek happily stated, "Made a surprise trip to Bhopal last night (Monday). Was my nani's 80th birthday! Her expression was priceless. All her grandchildren flew in from all over. My sister, our cousins all meeting after so long. Now everyone partaking in an old Indian habit, all sitting together... Eating, drinking and catching up!
It was nice to see his nani’ ( grandmom ) back in matriarch, loving grandson Abhi added, "My nani, of course, is back to being the matriarch! Making sure all her children are well fed and taken care of and doing what grandmoms do... feeding.”
It seems Abhishek and Ash despite their busy life haven’t lost their traditional value and culture.
