Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who brought glory to nation with Miss World crown has since then associated herself with several charitable works. Time to time the beautiful lady shows her kind gesture, as she has already pledged to donate her beautiful eyes after her death.
Aishwarya is a spokesperson for UN Microcredit. The actress created the Aishwarya Rai Foundation in 2004 Nov to help needy people in India. She is also a supporter of PETA and Smile Train which is world’s leading cleft charity.
The 36-year- old actress recently accompanied her Action-Replayy co-star Akshay Kumar to Cancer Patients Aid Association. Both the actors had fun-time singing and dancing with the ailing patients .The actress is working for this organisation since she was crowned Miss World. Ash also adopted two cancer patients and will sponsor their treatment. She urged others to do the same.
