‘Aisha’ is a movie for the young hearts and the characters of the movie relates to any youngsters very easily. But, still there is something in it, which makes it a watch for people from all segments.

 

‘Aisha’ revolves around the story of a girl (Sonam), who thinks that everyone’s business is her business and she tries to meddle into their lives and solve their problems. The first reason because of which anyone can watch this film is it is just a cool, delightful and a light watch.

 

The other reason is that till now, the movie has opened to quite favorable reviews and the style and persona of Sonam is incredible.

 

Rest of the reasons can be contributed to new comers like Amrita Puri and Cyrus Sahukar’s role and acting, overall it is not a film to be hated by the audiences.

 

Meanwhile, critics have also dissected the film in their own ways. Taran Adarsh, famous film critic explains, “Aisha gets painfully slow in some portions. Besides, it lacks the depth of passion and that could be because the makers were trying to make something lighter and breezier. Sweeping the minor complaints aside, Aisha is watchable for two factors mainly: Neat performances, especially by Sonam Kapoor and Amit Trivedi’s super musical score.”

 

Taran further adds, “Aisha holds appeal for the youth mainly and there’s a strong likelihood that this segment of movie-going audience will fall for its charms.”

 

The movie is based on Jane Austin’s Emma and the attractive brand labels and the outfits in the movie is the major chunk of attraction. Sonam has been in a way too much worked on for the movie but, it’s her magic which can be felt overall.
