‘Action Replayy’ Packed For Diwali  Akshay Kumar |
The Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Action Replayy’ is set to release on Diwali . The occasion of Diwali is an emphasized term as most of the releases last year didn’t do well at the box office.
Last year, the high budget film ‘Blue’ was released on Diwali which really didn’t do well at the box office. Debutante director, Vipul Shah’s preassumed that even he shouldn’t choose the Diwali dates. In fact, he planned to release the movie post Eid or post Diwali.
But, a call from Akhsay changed the director’s mind, as Akhsay told a valid reason to go for a Diwali release. ‘Golmaal 3’ is also scheduled at the time of Diwali, so the star wanted to be couple ‘Action Replayy’ with it.
Shah further adds, “You'd be surprised to know that in spite of Blue last Diwali, Akshay wants us to go ahead with Action Replayy this Diwali. Let's not forget, Akshay's Garam Masala had also released for Diwali and it was a big hit.”
He further adds, “We're hoping for both Golmaal 3 and Action Replayy to do well. If only one film can succeed, may the best one win. And may we be the best.”
Akshay also thinks that the movie is fun and goofy and it has a great family value and that too at the perfect festive time.
