As many as 600 single-stemmed sunflowers were delivered on Friday to Michael Jackson's mausoleum at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, California.
The flowers were delivered with individual messages attached to them along with 100 individual sunflower bouquets and 4,000 roses to mark the King of Pop's first death anniversary on June 25.
The sunflowers, which were Michael's favourite, were dropped 100 yards from the mausoleum because of construction on the grounds.
Jason Levin, from the company that delivered the flowers quoted that Jackson deserves more than the few bouquets, candles and gifts that currently surround his tomb.
